Happy homeowners finally get their dream bathroom! #BeforeAndAfter

These homeowners longed for a #bathroom renovation for a long time, perhaps even since they first moved into their condo. But it was functional, so they waited... and waited.

They didn't like the low bulkhead above the bathroom entrance, or the vertical-laid subway tile on the walls. And they really wanted a double sink.

One day, the tub sprung a leak into the dining room below, and repair work was needed to fix the damage -- they thought it might be a good time as any to make the changes they dreamed about.

They were also excited by the idea of updating the floor with something striking and unique while we were at it!

With the brilliant Emeline on board from the interior design firm Artmann Villedary Interiors, this project became a reality.

Here's a look at the before and after of this renovation project:

BEFORE:

Vertical-laid subway tile, old tub and floor

Single sink, and bulkhead to the left (above the door)

AFTER

New hand-painted cement tile floor, new everything!

New double sink replaces the old single

Navy blue walls pop as an accent; also here is a new dual-flush efficient toilet

Working on the custom teak shelves!

And here the teak shelves are, completed and installed

And there you have it! These homeowners were very happy with the final result!
